Do I need a subscription?⌄
No. You pay €12.99 per report, whenever you need one - no recurring charges, no minimum commitment. Monthly plans for always-on monitoring are coming (Starter, €59 for 5 checks a month, and Growth, €79 for 7), but they will always be optional - a report will never require one.
What does a credit buy?⌄
One credit buys either product: a full Brand Sentiment Report (what people say about you across news, video, reviews and social) or an AI Visibility check (what eight AI assistants tell buyers who ask about you, and which sources they cite). Same price, your choice each time.
What does one report include?⌄
A complete sentiment analysis: overall score, platform-by-platform breakdown, positive and negative themes with real quotes, audience segments, purchase-intent signals, emotional tone, share of voice, competitor comparison, crisis alerts, trending topics, a mention-volume timeline, a 3-phase improvement roadmap, a full clickable source list, and a built-in chat to ask questions about your findings - plus PDF, slides, Excel, CSV and Markdown exports.
How many sources does a €12.99 report cover?⌄
It varies by brand, and every report shows its own exact count. Typically 200 to 1,200 sources per report: up to 365 days of global news (GDELT), YouTube videos and comments (YouTube Data API), and up to 12 live web searches covering Trustpilot, Reddit, Glassdoor, Google Reviews, forums and more, plus public posts fetched directly from X, TikTok and Instagram. Widely covered brands land at the top of that range; smaller or newer ones at the bottom.
How long does it take?⌄
Most reports are ready in a few minutes. You'll see a live progress indicator and the page auto-refreshes when your report is complete.
Do the prices include VAT?⌄
No. Prices exclude VAT. Any tax due in your country is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Business buyers in the EU can enter a VAT number at checkout. Stripe acts as merchant of record for the sale, so it calculates, collects and remits the tax, and your receipt comes from them.
Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?⌄
Reports are generated on demand and delivered immediately, so all sales are final once your report has been delivered - at checkout you request immediate delivery and waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right for that report. You are never charged for a failure, and you never have to ask: if a report hits a technical problem you get one free re-run at no cost, and if that re-run fails too, or you simply don't retry, the charge is refunded automatically. If we can't find enough public data on your subject to build a report at all, you are refunded immediately and in full, back to your original payment - no credit stays on your account. Technical-failure refunds are credited to your account by default; email contact@pollyx.org if you would rather have that amount back on your original card.
