Refund Policy

In short: a PollyX report is a digital product generated on demand and delivered instantly, so all sales are final once a report has been delivered. The one exception is a report that fails to generate, which is refunded automatically. Full details below.

1. Digital products, delivered immediately

Each PollyX report is generated specifically for you using live data and AI computation, and is delivered to your dashboard within minutes of purchase. Because the product is created and supplied immediately on request, all sales are final once the report has been delivered.

At checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once report generation begins. This is permitted for digital content supplied instantly under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Failed reports are refunded automatically

You are never charged for a report that does not deliver. If a report fails to generate, times out, or cannot gather enough public data to produce a result, the charge is refunded automatically - you do not need to contact us or request anything.

3. Credit packs

Where credit packs are offered, they are sold at a discount in exchange for commitment and are non-refundable once purchased. Individual credits are consumed as reports are generated, and, like single reports, a delivered report is final. Credits do not expire.

4. Billing errors and problems

If you believe you were charged in error - for example a duplicate charge, or a charge for a report you never received - email contact@pollyx.org with your order reference within 14 days. We investigate every genuine billing issue and, where a charge was made in error, refund it in full to your original payment method. We respond within 5 business days.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, who acts as merchant of record. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly requesting refunds after receiving and using reports, or fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under EU law or the law of your country of habitual residence. Where such rights apply and cannot be waived, they take precedence over this policy. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
