Executive Summary

Veltora Group holds a strong overall sentiment of 7.8/10 across 1,143 sources - placing it ahead of all three monitored competitors. Coverage is predominantly positive, driven by product quality praise and growing brand recognition in European markets.

However, a notable spike in negative sentiment over the past 14 days - concentrated on pricing and after-sales support - risks eroding trust if left unaddressed. Immediate focus on customer service responsiveness is the highest-leverage action available.

The problem

You're flying blind on what customers actually think

Negative reviews pile up undetected on sites you don't monitor

Competitor perception gaps cost you customers every day

Traditional agency reports cost €5,000+ and take weeks

The solution

Complete brand intelligence in minutes, not months

Scans hundreds of sources across news, video, social and reviews

Scores your sentiment from 1–10 with detailed platform breakdown

Compares you against competitors with real data

Gives you a step-by-step improvement roadmap - not just charts

Report contents

Everything a brand manager needs

Each PollyX report is a complete intelligence brief, the kind agencies charge thousands for.

One score you can defend in any meeting

Every report opens with a 0-10 sentiment score distilled from hundreds of real public sources, then breaks it down platform by platform: news, YouTube, Reddit, and review sites.

Each number links back to the sources behind it, so you can show exactly where the data came from instead of asking anyone to trust a black box.

Positive and negative themes come with real quotes from real people, plus the trending topics gaining momentum in conversations about your brand right now.

Each action comes with an impact rating, effort estimate and step-by-step how-to instructions. It's the equivalent of a brand consultant's recommendations, delivered instantly for €5.99.

Know what people say. Know what AI says.

Public opinion now lives in two places: human conversation, and the AI assistants people ask instead of searching. PollyX measures both.

AI Visibility Check

People increasingly ask AI assistants instead of searching. This check asks six of them the questions your buyers ask, then reports whether you are recommended, how you are described, who gets named instead, and which sources the AIs trust.

  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Kimi: including the assistants Western tools skip
  • How much AI says about you from memory alone, without reading anything current
  • Concrete actions: where to get cited, what to publish

Honest by design

Sources read, not mentions matched

Sentiment tools quote two very different numbers. Here is the difference, so you can compare fairly.

Mentions matched
how volume dashboards count
Sources read
how PollyX counts
What the number meansEvery post that contains a keyword, counted by a machine. Nothing reads them.Every item that was collected, filtered and weighed for your report.
Spam, ads and duplicatesCounted along with everything else.Removed before they can touch the score.
Can you inspect the list? No. You see totals on a chart.Yes. Every source ships inside the report, clickable.
Typical scaleMillions of mentions.200 to 1,200 sources per report, and each report shows its own real count.
Built to answerHow much are people talking? What are they actually saying, and why?

Both units are legitimate. If you need hour-by-hour spike volumes at census scale, a volume dashboard is the right instrument. A PollyX report answers what the conversation says, with the evidence attached. Read the full methodology.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI Visibility check?
It answers a question no traditional tool does: when someone asks an AI assistant about your brand instead of searching, what do they hear? We ask six assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Kimi) the questions real buyers ask: best in your category, is this brand good, what do people complain about. Then we report whether you were recommended, the exact words used, which competitors were named instead, which websites the assistants cited, and how much of each answer came purely from the model's memory. It ends with concrete actions drawn from your own results.
Why does AI visibility matter for my brand?
A growing share of buying decisions starts with an AI answer rather than a search results page, and those answers are invisible to you unless you go asking. An assistant can be recommending your competitor, describing you with years-old information, or leaving you out entirely, and no analytics tool will show it. Knowing what the AIs say, and which sources they trust, is becoming as basic as knowing your Google ranking was. We also check DeepSeek and Kimi, the assistants used by hundreds of millions of people in China and beyond, which most Western tools ignore entirely.
How is the AI Visibility check different from the sentiment report?
The sentiment report measures what PEOPLE say: news, videos, reviews, forums and social posts, read and scored. The AI Visibility check measures what MACHINES say when asked. They complement each other: public opinion feeds the AI's training data today, and the AI's answers shape public opinion tomorrow. Both cost 1 credit.
What data sources does PollyX use?
We combine several independent data streams: GDELT Project (global news articles from 100+ countries), YouTube Data API (video reviews, complaints, and thousands of real comments), AI-powered live web search (which scans Trustpilot, Reddit, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, forums, and more in real time), plus social and community platforms - public posts from X, TikTok and Instagram (fetched directly, filtered for ads and spam), Bluesky and Mastodon posts, Hacker News discussions and App Store ratings - Amazon product ratings where the brand sells there, and Google Reviews where it has physical locations. How many sources that adds up to depends on how widely the brand is covered: typically 200 to 1,200 sources per report, and every report shows its own exact count on the page.
How long does a report take?
Most reports are ready in a few minutes. The exact time depends on how much data is available for your brand and how many competitors you requested. You'll see a live progress indicator and the page updates automatically when it's done.
What if there isn't enough public data on my brand?
You're only charged for reports we can actually deliver. If we can't find enough public information to build a meaningful report - which can happen with very new, very small, or private businesses - the report won't generate and you're automatically refunded: we credit your account immediately so you can try another subject at no cost, and we'll return the payment to your card on request. When there's some data but it's limited, we still generate the report and mark it clearly as lower-confidence.
Can I analyse any company - including competitors?
Yes. You can generate a report on any public entity: your own brand, a competitor, a product, a public figure, or even a topic. You can also add up to 5 competitors in a single report for direct comparison.
How is the 0–10 sentiment score calculated?
It's a single measure of overall public sentiment, distilled from hundreds of real public sources - global news, YouTube videos and comments, and live web search across review sites (Trustpilot, Google, Yelp), Reddit, forums, and other public platforms. An AI analyst weighs the balance of positive versus negative opinion, accounting for how many people are talking, how strongly they feel, how recent it is, and how credible the source is, then condenses it into one number: 7–10 is positive, 5–7 mixed/neutral, and 0–5 negative. It's an AI-generated estimate designed to be directional - best for tracking change over time and benchmarking competitors.
Does the report cover employee opinions or just customers?
By default, PollyX gives you the comprehensive picture - it analyses both consumer/customer sentiment (Trustpilot, Google, Reddit, news, social) and employee/workplace sentiment (Glassdoor, employee reviews), and labels employee perspectives clearly so you can tell them apart. If you only care about customer perception, choose 'Consumers only' when creating the report and we'll exclude all employee and workplace opinions.
Is the improvement plan genuinely useful?
Yes - it's one of the most valuable parts of each report. Every action in the roadmap is grounded in the actual sentiment data we found (not generic advice), includes an impact/effort rating, and comes with specific step-by-step instructions on how to implement it.
Do I need a subscription?
No - and there isn't one. PollyX is purely pay-as-you-go. You pay €5.99 per report, only when you need one. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no commitment.
What is your refund policy?
Reports are generated on demand and delivered immediately, so all sales are final once your report has been delivered - at checkout you request immediate delivery and waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right for that report. You are never charged for a failure, and you never have to ask: if a report hits a technical problem you get one free re-run at no cost, and if that re-run fails too, or you simply don't retry, the charge is refunded automatically. If we can't find enough public data on your subject to build a report at all, the refund is immediate. Refunds are credited to your account by default; email contact@pollyx.org if you would rather have the amount back on your original card. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, but credits never expire. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How does the PDF export work?
Every report includes a one-click PDF export button. The PDF is formatted for professional sharing - suitable for team meetings, client presentations, or executive briefings.
Can I put my own branding on the reports (white-label)?
Yes. In Settings you can set a company name and upload a logo, and your exported PDF reports will carry your brand on the cover and footer instead of PollyX's. It's built for agencies, consultants, and in-house teams who buy PollyX reports and hand them to clients or leadership under their own name. Every account has it: fill in the white-label fields under Settings and it applies automatically to every PDF you export - leave them blank to keep the default PollyX branding.
Can I list my reports in the public catalog, and do I earn anything?
Yes, if you want to. Any report you generate can be listed in our public catalog with one click ('List in catalog' on the report page). It's off by default - nothing you create is ever public unless you choose to list it. Listed reports show a free preview (sentiment score, platform breakdown, and key themes) so buyers see what they're getting before paying, and when someone buys a copy of your listed report you earn a free report credit as a thank-you. You can unlist any report at any time. If you'd rather keep your work private, white-label accounts (agencies and consultants) are automatically excluded from the catalog, so competitors can't see which brands you research.
🇮🇪Born in Ireland

We built the tool
we couldn't find anywhere else

Public opinion drives purchasing decisions, shapes hiring outcomes, and decides whether a brand recovers from a crisis or gets buried by one. Every business deserves to know where they stand.

PollyX started in Ireland, where we saw first-hand how small and medium businesses were flying blind on their reputation. The tools that existed were either built for enterprise budgets, required lengthy onboarding, or delivered vague scores with no explanation of what was actually being said - or by whom.

We believed sentiment analysis was too important to remain locked behind expensive subscriptions and agency retainers. That conviction became the product.

So we built PollyX - combining the GDELT Project's global news intelligence, YouTube's video and comment data, and AI-powered live web search - into a single report anyone can generate in minutes, for the price of a coffee.

We are a small team with a clear mission: democratise brand intelligence. We measure our success by how quickly our customers can act on what the world is saying about them.
