Go to Settings, then Notifications. Alerts sent to these channels come in addition to your email and in-app notifications. Leave a field blank to switch that channel off, and choose Save notifications when you are done.

Slack

  1. 1In Slack, open Apps, find Incoming Webhooks and choose Add to Slack.
  2. 2Pick the channel and copy the webhook URL (it starts with https://hooks.slack.com/).
  3. 3Paste it into Slack incoming webhook.

The same webhook is used by the Slack button on reports: see Posting a report to Slack.

Microsoft Teams

  1. 1In Teams, open the channel, then Workflows.
  2. 2Choose the template "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" and copy the URL it gives you.
  3. 3Paste it into Microsoft Teams webhook.

The address must be a Microsoft webhook (ending in webhook.office.com or logic.azure.com).

Any other tool (Discord, Zapier and more)

Paste a public https:// address into Generic webhook. PollyX sends a JSON message when a report is completed and on crisis alerts, with these fields:

  • event: "report.completed" or "crisis.alert";
  • company: the brand;
  • score, severity and title when they apply;
  • url: a link to the report.

The address cannot point to a private network, an IP address or localhost.

What is sent

Report-ready alerts, the daily coverage radar, crisis alerts from scheduled reports and big moves on tracked AI Visibility brands.
