Turn it on
In the brand's hub, choose Track this brand at the top and pick Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Monthly for the sentiment report (and the AI check, if you like). Or, from any report on the brand, use the Monitor this brand button next to the title. Or go to Tracking in the left menu, choose Set up monitoring, select a brand you have already reported on and a frequency, then Enable monitoring.
Runs start at 08:00 UTC: weekly on Mondays, every two weeks from the day you turn it on, and monthly on the 1st.
What each run does
Each scheduled run creates a fresh report on the brand, using the market and sentiment scope of its latest report and the brand's other names and exclusions. Scheduled runs do not repeat a focus question or competitors. Every run is added to the brand's Sentiment over time chart and compared with the previous report.
When a run finishes you get a notification ("Scheduled report: [brand] scored 6.1/10") and the usual email with the PDF.
Credits
Each scheduled report uses one of your plan's monthly checks, or 1 credit without a plan, the same as generating one yourself. If you have neither when a run is due, it is skipped and nothing is charged. PollyX tries again the next day, and tells you at most once a week ("Monitoring paused: [brand]"). Top up and monitoring resumes on its own; nothing is cancelled.
See and stop your schedules
The Tracking page lists every schedule, AI checks and sentiment reports, with its next run. A next run shown in amber is overdue, which usually means the account is out of credits.
To stop monitoring, open a report on the brand and use the monitoring button next to the title (it reads "Monitoring weekly", for example) to switch it off. You can turn it back on the same way.
Tip: Every monitored brand also gets a free daily crisis radar. See Crisis alerts.
