How credits work

One credit, either product

A credit is PollyX's unit of payment. Each credit buys one Brand Sentiment Report or one AI Visibility check, your choice each time. Credits never expire and there is no subscription to keep them alive.

Where to see your balance

Your balance is on the Credits tile on your home page: "5 credits". When it reaches zero the tile shows the single price and a Buy credits link to the Pricing page. The plan pill at the top of the app reads Pay as you go while you hold credits without a plan.

What uses a credit

• Creating a sentiment report: 1 credit.
• Running an AI Visibility check: 1 credit.
• The Full Picture (a report and a check on the same brand): 2 credits.
• Each scheduled run of a monitored report or a tracked brand: 1 credit. A run you cannot pay for is skipped, never charged (see Scheduled report monitoring).
• Each report or check created through the API or MCP: 1 credit.

Asking questions in a report's chat, exporting, sharing and the free re-run after a technical failure cost nothing.

No credits? Pay for just the one

You do not need credits to buy something. If you start a report or check with an empty balance, PollyX takes you to a secure checkout for that one item at €20.99, and it is delivered straight to your dashboard. A card purchase delivers the product itself; it never adds a credit to your balance.

Free credits

PollyX sometimes grants credits, for example to make up for a problem. Granted credits work like bought ones, except that a report they paid for has no money to refund if it fails for lack of data.
