Receipts, invoices and VAT numbers
Stripe, through its Link service, is the seller of record: it emails your receipt, handles the tax and accepts an EU VAT number at checkout.

Who sends the receipt
PollyX sells through Stripe's Managed Payments, with Stripe's Link service as the merchant of record. That means Link is the seller on your card statement and receipt, calculates and pays the tax, and emails your receipt to the address you give at checkout. Look for it from Stripe or Link rather than from PollyX.
Adding a VAT number
Where the checkout offers it, business buyers can enter their VAT number. It appears on the receipt and the tax is applied accordingly. Prices already include VAT, so the total does not go up.
Everything you've bought
Purchases in your Settings lists every credit pack, extra check, report and check you have bought: the date, the price paid (VAT included), whether it is paid, partly refunded or refunded, the credits used, and the order reference from your order email. Request a refund next to a purchase opens a Billing request already filled in with that order.
Lost a receipt, or need different details?
Search your inbox for the receipt from Stripe or Link first. If you cannot find it, or need a correction, send a request under Billing from My requests with the date and amount of the payment.
