Important: Ordering opens on December 1, 2026. Until then you can create an account and read the sample check and the sample report.
Buy a credit pack
- 1Sign in, then open Pricing (also in the dashboard menu).
- 2Under Save with credit packs, choose Buy 5 credits or Buy 10 credits.
- 3Complete the secure checkout. The price already includes VAT.
- 4You return to your dashboard, where a "Payment received" message confirms it and the credits appear on the Credits tile within a few seconds.
If you are not signed in, PollyX asks you to log in first and brings you back.
Pay for a single report or check
You can skip packs entirely. Fill in the new report form (or the new AI Visibility check form) and submit it with no credits on your account: you are taken to checkout for that one item at €20.99, and the report or check starts as soon as the payment goes through. The form remembers everything you typed, including a long "What do you want to know?" question.
Payment methods
Checkout is handled by Stripe: major credit and debit cards, Link, and the local payment methods Stripe offers in your country, all shown at checkout. Your receipt comes from Stripe's Link service, which acts as merchant of record.
Something went wrong at checkout?
If a payment fails, nothing is charged and nothing is created; you can try again. If you were charged but nothing arrived, send us a request under Billing from My requests or email contact@pollyx.org with the date and amount. See Refunds.
