Monthly plans

Starter, Growth and Pro

• Starter: €93 a month for 5 checks.
• Growth: €127 a month for 7 checks.
• Pro: €270 a month for 15 checks.

A plan is an allowance of checks for the month, not a fixed number of brands: 5 checks can watch one brand weekly, or several brands monthly, and Pro's 15 can watch three brands weekly. The allowance pays for any AI Visibility check or Brand Sentiment Report, whether you run it yourself, through the API, or on a schedule: each one uses one check from the month, and a Full Picture uses two. Your credits are only touched once the month's checks are used up.

When the month's checks are used up, new runs use any credits you hold. With neither, a run you start yourself goes to card payment, and a scheduled run is skipped and you are told. Nothing is charged without you choosing it: plan holders can buy an extra check for €19.99. If a run fails, or a report finds too little public data, the check goes back to your month's allowance. Checks left over do not roll into the next month, but credits never expire. Within 14 days of first subscribing you can also withdraw and get the month back, less the checks already used (see Refunds).

The API plan

€114 a month adds 6 credits every month (they never expire) plus three extras for automated use: completion webhooks, a higher creation limit of 120 an hour instead of 30, and queue priority. API keys themselves are free for everyone. See Completion webhooks and the API plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel yourself at any time, with no notice period:

1. 1Open your dashboard. The plan card shows the checks left this month.
2. 2Choose Cancel plan, then Cancel plan again to confirm.

Plans are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, so you can also cancel in your Link account: go to link.com, sign in with the email you paid with, open Recurring, choose the PollyX plan and cancel it. Prefer us to do it? Send a request from My requests or email contact@pollyx.org.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; the month you have already paid for stays active until its end date, and any checks left in it are yours to use until then. Changed your mind? Resume plan on the same card puts the renewal back, as long as the paid month is still running. You can hold one plan at a time; to switch between plans, contact us and we change it without a second charge.
