Tracking your AI visibility over time

Track this brand re-runs the same questions weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, charts the movement and alerts you when your position shifts.

Your brand checked every week across 11 AI assistants, with what they read, what they get wrong, and what to publish to fix it. Every scheduled check asks every question live, through each assistant's official API (Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot straight from their live results): no answer is reused from a cache or an earlier check. Every check on a brand gathers in its brand hub, next to its sentiment reports.

Turn tracking on

  1. 1Open the brand's hub (from Your brands) and choose Track this brand at the top, or open a completed check and choose Track this brand there. In the hub the same window sets the brand's sentiment report too.
  2. 2Pick Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Monthly.

The button changes to Tracking on and a toast gives the date of the next check. Checks run at 08:00 UTC. Each scheduled check uses one of your plan's monthly checks, or 1 credit without a plan (see Monthly plans); with neither, the run is skipped, never charged, and tried again the next day, with an in-app notice at most once a week.

To stop, click Tracking on. Tracking stops straight away. A brand has one schedule per market and question set (see several question sets for one brand), and its brand list entry shows a Tracking badge.

What tracking adds

  • The same questions every time: your saved question set is asked word for word, so the trend compares like with like.
  • A trend of your score across checks.
  • Where you moved since [date]: which assistants gave you or took away first place, and on which questions.
  • Consistency: how often each question led, and how often each assistant named you first on the category question, across your recent checks.

Every morning, or more questions

Tracking runs your full check on its schedule. Two paid add-ons go further (see Extra questions, cities and daily tracking):

  • Daily tracking: up to five of your questions asked every morning of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, with an alert the same morning when you lose first place (€59.00 a month per brand).
  • Extra questions and cities on every tracked check, billed monthly at their per-check prices.

The brand hub

Every completed check on a brand and market gathers in its brand hub (Your brands on your home page, or Brand hubs under AI checks), next to the brand's sentiment reports: tiles with trend lines, what's next, insights, each assistant, rivals, questions, sources and every check. See Your brand hub.

Alerts

You get an in-app notice after every scheduled check, with the score change. When the score moves by 8 points or more, or your position changes materially (for example you lose first place on a "best in category" or comparison question), the alert also goes to your Slack, Microsoft Teams or webhook. Set those up in Settings.

A scheduled check also tells you when a rival moves: named in 10 points more or fewer of the answers than on the check before, or described 20 points more or less kindly (counted on the answers that judge it, five or more each time). That arrives as one notice and email per check, and on your connected channels.
