Make the link
On the AI Visibility page, under your checks, choose Make my live data link. You get one private address with four views:
- Checks: one row per completed check: date, brand, market, question set, score, answers, how often you were named and named first (as percentages), positive tone, pages read, answers given from memory, and a link to the check.
- Assistants: one row per check and assistant: answers, no answers, named, first, and that assistant's own score.
- Questions: one row per check, question and assistant: lead, listed, in passing, absent or no answer.
- Share of voice: one row per check and brand named: how many answers named it and its share.
New checks appear by themselves; nothing needs exporting again.
Google Sheets
In an empty cell of a sheet, paste the formula shown under the view you want, for example =IMPORTDATA("https://pollyx.org/api/feed/..."). Google refreshes it about every hour. Use one tab per view.
Looker Studio
Looker Studio reads the same numbers through that sheet: create a data source with the Google Sheets connector, pick the sheet and tab, then build charts (score over time by brand, first-recommendation share by assistant, share of voice by rival).
Keep it private
Anyone who has the address can read these numbers, so share the sheet rather than the address, and only with people who should see them. Make a new link replaces the address (the old one stops working at once, so update your sheets), and Turn off removes it. Each link answers up to 300 reads an hour.
