For agencies: client folders, pitch PDFs and client reports

Group each client's checks and reports in a folder, give a prospect a short AI visibility snapshot, and send clients a monthly report or a dashboard link, all under your own name and logo.

Client folders

Under Clients in the left menu (or on the AI checks and Sentiment lists), choose New folder and name it after the client. Then open a check or report and pick the folder in the Client folder list beside the export buttons. The folder chips above each list show one client's work at a time; Edit folders renames or deletes them (deleting a folder keeps its checks and reports, outside any folder). A check or report that is still running can be moved once it has finished.

Pitch PDF for a prospect

Run a check on the prospect's brand, then choose Pitch PDF on the check. It is a short document (usually two pages) for a first conversation: the visibility score, what the assistants say about the brand, who they recommend instead, the buyer questions where it is not put first, and the first five things to fix. It carries your company name and logo from White-label branding in Settings, the same as the full PDF and the slides: see White-label branding and set them there first.

The full PDF and the slides are still there when the prospect wants the detail.

For clients you already have

  • A monthly client report: one PDF per brand with its newest AI check and sentiment report behind one cover, under your name and logo. See Report builder and scheduled PDFs.
  • A dashboard your client can open: Share with a client in the brand's hub makes a read-only link to the brand's dashboard, kept up to date as new checks and reports arrive. Clients in the menu lists every brand you share, with Stop sharing for each. See Your brand hub.
