Report builder and scheduled PDFs

All three live under Reports in a brand hub; the client PDFs and the emailed PDFs of every brand are also under Reports in the menu.

One PDF for your client

Monthly client report makes one PDF with the brand's newest AI check and newest sentiment report in that market, behind one cover with both scores, under your name and logo when white-labelling is on. It keeps the chapters a monthly update needs: what AI says, where the brand stands, who wins the answer and what to do next, then the sentiment verdict, what people say, where the brand stands and what to do next. Full client report keeps every chapter of both. Like a PDF you share by email, it never carries your own website figures, page checks, drafts or rival checks. It takes 10 to 30 seconds to prepare the first time; the same PDF again comes at once.

Templates

1. 1Under Report builder, choose AI check PDF or Sentiment report PDF.
2. 2Name the template, tick the chapters to keep, and pick a colour.
3. 3Choose Save template.

A PDF made with a template keeps only those chapters, numbers them in order, and uses your colour for the chapter numbers and rules. Pick a template next to PDF under Download, or on a schedule. Your logo and company name come from white-labelling in Settings (see White-label branding). You can keep up to 20 templates.

Scheduled PDFs

1. 1Under Email [brand]'s PDFs on a schedule, choose what to send: the AI check, the sentiment report, or both.
2. 2Enter up to three email addresses.
3. 3Choose Weekly, on Mondays or Monthly, on the 1st, and a template if you want one.
4. 4Choose Start emailing.

The email goes out only when something is new: a week with no new check or report sends nothing. It comes from your company name "via PollyX" when white-labelling is on, with replies going to you, and says who scheduled it. The PDF is the one you would share by email: it never carries your own website data, page checks or drafts. Choose Stop to end it. At most ten scheduled emails go out per account per day.
