The export buttons sit in the row above a completed report or check. Exports are free and you can download as often as you like.
Sentiment reports
- PDF: the full report, ready to send. Carries your own logo and company name if you set up white-label branding.
- Slides: a 16:9 PowerPoint deck with native, editable charts.
- Excel: a workbook with a summary sheet and the full source table, including how each source was collected.
- CSV: every source as a spreadsheet: type, title, link, domain, date, country and tone.
- Notion / MD: the whole report as Markdown. Drag the file into Notion, or open it in Obsidian, Confluence and other documentation tools.
AI Visibility checks
- PDF and Slides, laid out like the check page.
- Notion / MD, the whole check as Markdown.
- CSV: every page the assistants read (how often each was used and whether it was quoted), followed by every answer (assistant, question, prominence, sentiment, pages read and a quote).
Why YouTube videos are not in downloads
YouTube's API terms let us show the video list inside the live report only. Downloads and API responses therefore carry the number of videos analysed instead of the rows, and a note under the export buttons says how many. Everything else exports in full. See Why the YouTube video list disappears after 30 days.
