Sharing a read-only link
Switch a report or check from Private to Public to get a link anyone can open without an account. Switch it back at any time.

Turn sharing on
On a completed report or check, the sharing button in the export row reads Private. Click it and it changes to Public, and the link appears beside it with a copy button. Anyone with the link can read the report without a PollyX account.
What people see
The public page shows the full report or check, with its chapters, charts and sources, but none of your controls: no exports, no chat, no settings. The text of X posts is left out on public pages; their links stay. Share pages are not listed by search engines.
Turn it off
Click Public to switch back to Private. The link stops working straight away. If you share it again later you get the same link back, so links you sent earlier work again.
Deleting a report or check also stops its link; restoring it from Recently deleted brings it back as it was.
Note: A share link is different from the public brand pages. Sharing gives a link only to the people you send it to; the brand pages show previews PollyX makes itself, never your reports. See Public brand pages.
