White-label PDFs with your own logo
Add your company name and logo in Settings and your exported PDFs carry your brand instead of PollyX's. Every account has it.

Set it up
- 1Go to Settings, then White-label branding.
- 2Enter your Company name (white-label) and choose Save profile.
- 3Under White-label logo, choose Upload logo: a PNG or JPEG of up to 500 KB.
From then on, every PDF you export shows your logo and company name on the cover and in the footer instead of PollyX's. Slide decks carry your company name too. Leave the fields blank to keep the PollyX branding. To change the logo, choose Replace logo.
Agencies and consultants
White-label is built for people who hand reports to clients or leadership under their own name. AI Visibility checks also have a short Pitch PDF for prospects, and checks and reports can be grouped in client folders: see For agencies: client folders and pitch PDFs. Your research stays private either way: your reports are never listed publicly, so competitors cannot see which brands you study.
