Extra questions, cities and daily tracking

Every check asks your 12 questions of all eleven assistants. These paid add-ons ask more. You always see the added price before you pay.

Extra questions on one check

1. 1On the new check form, below the questions, choose Add more questions or cities.
2. 2Choose Add an extra question and type a question a buyer would ask. You can add up to 12.
3. 3Beside each question, choose All eleven assistants (€1.99) or Only one assistant (€0.50).

The form lists the added price line by line, and the button becomes Continue to payment: the add-ons are paid by card at checkout, and the check itself is paid as usual (a plan check, a credit, or by card in the same payment). When a plan check or a credit pays for the check, the add-ons are a card payment of their own, which starts at €1.99: for example one question for all the assistants, or four questions for one assistant.

Extra questions are asked after your main questions. They appear in the question-by-question grid with a label, and count in the check's score like every other answer. A question asked of one assistant shows the other assistants' cells as not asked.

Cities

For businesses people look for by town. Under Cities, type a city and choose Add city (up to 5). Each city adds 4 questions, asked of all eleven assistants, for €7.49:

• two that don't name you ("What are the best [category] in [city]?" and which ones people rate highest there), to see whether the assistants bring you up on their own;
• one on your reputation in that city;
• one against your first competitor there, or about your alternatives if you named none.

The form shows each city's four questions before you pay. In the grid they carry the city's name.

Daily tracking

Up to five of your brand's questions, asked once every morning of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, for €59.00 a month per brand. Your full checks keep running as they do, with all eleven assistants.

1. 1Open the brand's hub and choose Daily tracking (it is also under AI checks and Tracking in the left menu). The brand needs one completed check.
2. 2Tick up to five of the check's questions. The "best" and "versus" questions are a good start: they are the ones that decide a sale.
3. 3Choose Start daily tracking and pay by card.

The first reading arrives the morning after you pay (05:30 UTC). The page then shows that morning's answer for each question and assistant, what changed since the day before, and, per assistant, how often it named you first. When an assistant stops recommending you first, or stops naming you at all, you hear the same morning: a notice in PollyX, an email, and a post on your Slack, Teams or webhook if you have connected one (alert channels).

To change the questions, open Change the questions: tomorrow's reading asks the new ones.

Extra questions and cities on every tracked check

On a tracked brand (one with Track this brand on, see Tracking), the Daily tracking page also lets you add extra questions and cities to every tracked check. They are billed monthly, at the per-check price times the checks a month, averaged over the year. For a brand tracked weekly that is €8.62 a month for an extra question for all assistants, and €32.46 for a city. The page shows the monthly total before you choose Continue to payment. Add-ons on a tracked brand start at €1.99 a month.

Stopping a monthly add-on

Choose Stop daily tracking or Stop the add-ons on the same page. It keeps running until the end of the month you paid for, then stops, and nothing renews. To change the extra questions or cities on tracked checks, stop them and add the new ones.

Refunds

• If a check fails, its extra questions and cities are refunded with it, to your card, automatically.
• Extra questions and cities on one check are part of that check: they start straight away, so, as for the check itself, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once it begins.
• Daily tracking and the add-ons on tracked checks are monthly, so you can withdraw within 14 days of first paying: ask under Billing in My requests or at contact@pollyx.org. We stop it at once and refund the first month, less a fair share for what has already run (the mornings read, or the tracked checks that carried the add-ons).
