Your brands
When you sign in you land on Your brands: every brand and market you have checked or reported on, one row each, like the projects in an SEO tool. Each row shows the brand's AI visibility score, its public sentiment score, whether it is tracked, and its alerts of the last 30 days. Click a brand to open its brand hub. Where a brand has only one of the two products, its row offers the other: Run an AI check or Order a report.
Add brand starts a brand: type it and its market, then run an AI check, order a sentiment report, or both as the Full Picture. The brand joins the list as soon as its first check or report starts. The client folder chips above the list show one client's brands at a time. Below the list are your latest checks and reports, your credits and, with a plan, the checks left this month.
A new account also sees Get started above the list: six steps (add a brand, run an AI check, order a report, track a brand, send alerts to Slack or Teams, put your name on the PDFs), each ticked as you do it. Close it with the cross; Get started in the Home menu brings it back.
The menu on the left
- Home: Your brands, Get started, your recent checks and reports, and Alerts: every crisis alert, rival move, score change and coverage spike, with filters by kind, period and brand (the bell's See every alert opens it too).
- AI checks: every AI Visibility check, with search, sorting, client folders and New check.
- Sentiment: every sentiment report, grouped by brand, with search, a status filter and New report.
- Compare: every brand you have reported on, side by side. It uses reports you already have and costs nothing.
- Tracking: the brands that re-run on a schedule, AI checks and sentiment reports, with their next run and the crisis alert settings. To track a brand, open its hub and choose Track this brand at the top: weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, for the AI check, the sentiment report or both.
- Reports: a client PDF per brand, your report templates, the PDFs emailed on a schedule for every brand, and your latest files. See Report builder and scheduled PDFs.
- Clients: your client folders with their brands, the brand dashboards you share with clients, white-label branding and the tools for agencies.
- API: your API keys.
- Help: your support requests and our replies.
- Settings: your profile, white-label branding, alert channels, purchases and account deletion.
Hold the pointer over a menu item (or move to it with the keyboard) and its pages pop out beside it: a brand's hub pages, a section of Settings, the newest check's site checklist. A hub page opened from the menu shows your newest brand that has it.
On a phone or a small tablet the same menu sits behind the menu button at the top left, with the pages of the open section under it. The PollyX logo above the menu opens the PollyX website; its Dashboard button brings you back.
A brand's hub, and a check's own page
A brand's hub sums the brand up across all its checks and reports. Each AI check and each sentiment report also has its own full page, with every chapter and every answer. To open one, use Open the full check or Open the full report in the hub (above the tiles, and beside the check and report pickers), AI checks or Sentiment in the menu, or Recent checks and reports on Your brands.
The bar at the top
Type a brand (and a market, or leave it empty for worldwide) and press Analyze: if you have it, its brand hub opens; if you do not, you can start a check or a report on it from there. Nothing runs or is charged until you choose one. On the right: Pricing, Feedback, your plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, API plan, Pay as you go or Free), the notification bell, and your account menu with Settings, Purchases and Sign out.
Credits
The Credits tile on your home page shows how many credits you have. At zero it shows the single price and links to the Pricing page.
Notifications and feedback
The bell at the top right lists what has happened on your account: a report or check is ready, a refund was issued, a scheduled run was skipped, a coverage spike was spotted. The Feedback button next to it sends an idea or a problem straight to the team; each one becomes a request you can follow under Help.
