Important: Ordering opens on December 1, 2026. Until then you can create an account and read the sample check and the sample report.
Create the report
- 1Sign in. On Your brands, choose Add brand, type the brand and its market, then Order a sentiment report. Or choose Sentiment in the left menu, then New report.
- 2Under What is this report about? pick Brand, Product, Person, Topic or Campaign / hashtag. See Choosing what a report covers.
- 3Type the Company or Topic Name. If PollyX recognises it, a suggestion card offers other names and look-alikes to exclude; nothing is applied unless you click it.
- 4Add an Industry and a Location / Market if they help. With a market entered you can keep the report worldwide or restrict it to that one country (see Reporting on a single market).
- 5Under What do you want to know?, write the question you want answered. The report answers it directly in its first chapter.
- 6Optionally add up to five Competitors to compare against.
- 7Tick the box asking us to start straight away, then choose Generate Report. With a credit on your account it starts at once; without one you pay for this report at checkout.
Every field is explained in Filling in the new report form.
While it runs
The report page shows a progress screen and refreshes itself. Most reports are ready in about 15 minutes. You can close the page: when it is done you get a notification in PollyX and an email with the PDF attached.
When it is ready
Your report opens with the verdict and the score, then explains what people say, who is talking, where you stand against competitors, what to do next and the evidence behind it all. See Reading your report.
