Resetting or changing your password
Use Forgot password? on the Log In page to get a reset link by email, then set a new password of at least 8 characters.

Reset a forgotten password
- 1On the Log In page, choose Forgot password?.
- 2Enter your account email and choose Reset Password.
- 3Open the email (from hello@pollyx.org, subject "Reset your PollyX password") and click the link.
- 4On Set a new password, enter a new password of at least 8 characters twice and choose Update password. You are taken to your dashboard.
If the email has not arrived within a minute, check your spam or junk folder.
Change your password while signed in
There is no separate change-password setting. Sign out, then follow the steps above: the reset link works the same way.
"That reset link was invalid or has expired"
Each link works once, for a limited time. Enter your email again on the Reset Password page to get a fresh one, and use the newest email if you requested several.
No longer have access to that inbox?
The reset link can only go to your account email. If you can no longer open that inbox, we can move your account to a new address once we have checked it is yours: see Changing your account email.
