What PollyX stores about you, who can see your reports, and how to ask for a copy of your data or its deletion.

Your reports are private by default
Only you can see the reports and checks you create. Other people see one only if you share a link, which you switch on yourself and can switch off at any time.
What we store
Your account details, what you type into the report and check forms, the reports and checks themselves, and your settings. Payments are handled by Stripe's Link service as merchant of record, so PollyX never sees or stores your card details. People mentioned in reports
Reports are built from public content. If you are an individual and object to a public post of yours being referenced in a report, contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion. Email contact@pollyx.org from your account address. We reply within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself at any time.
