Delete

Open the report or check and choose Delete report (or Delete check) at the bottom of the page, then confirm. It leaves your lists straight away, and its share link and downloads stop working. An Undo button appears for a few seconds if you change your mind.

Restore within 30 days

Deleted items wait in Recently deleted at the bottom of your Reports page (or the AI Visibility page for checks). Choose Show to open the list:

  • Restore brings the report or check back exactly as it was, including its share link.
  • Delete forever erases it at once. This cannot be undone.

After 30 days items in Recently deleted are erased automatically.

Good to know

  • Deleting does not return the credit or payment the report used.
  • Deleting a check does not change your saved questions or any tracking for the brand.
  • A report that is still being generated, or whose refund is still being settled, can be deleted once that has finished. A failed report that can still be re-run free can be deleted after its free re-run window (24 hours) has passed. A report refunded in money, or with a plan check given back, stays in your list for 30 days after the refund.
