"Not enough public data to build a report"

When almost nothing public has been written about a subject, no report is built and your payment is refunded in full to how you paid.

Why it happens

PollyX only reports on what has been said in public. Very new, very small or private businesses, and names spelled differently from how people write them, can have too little coverage to analyse. When a report finds essentially nothing, it stops rather than inventing a picture.

Your money

The payment for that report is refunded in full to how you paid: the full price for a card purchase, or the price you paid for the credit if it came from a pack or a plan. No replacement credit is added. A credit that was granted or earned rather than bought has nothing to refund. You get a notification, and refunds usually show within 5 to 10 business days. Getting a report next time

  • Use the name people actually write, and add other spellings or former names under Also known as.
  • Add a Location / Market if the business is local, and keep the report worldwide rather than restricted to that market.
  • For a single product, try the brand instead, or the other way round.
  • Choose Create a new report on the failed report to start from what you entered.

When there is some data but not much, PollyX still builds the report and marks it clearly as lower confidence.
