A report or check seems stuck
Reports take about 15 minutes and checks up to about an hour. One that runs far longer is stopped automatically and refunded.

How long is normal
- Sentiment reports: about 15 minutes, a little longer for big brands with several competitors.
- AI Visibility checks: the first result within about an hour.
The progress steps on the waiting screen are a guide, not a live readout, so the bar can sit near the end for a while. The page refreshes itself; there is no need to reload it.
When something really is wrong
- A report still generating after 30 minutes is marked as failed. You can then re-run it free (see My report failed).
- A check still running after 75 minutes is stopped and your credit is refunded automatically.
You do not need to do anything: the next time you open the page, it shows the outcome.
