Usually about 15 minutes
A report reads hundreds of sources live: news archives, video and comments, social feeds, forums and review platforms, then writes and checks the analysis. Most reports finish in about 15 minutes. Big brands with several competitors can take a little longer.
What you see while it runs
The report page shows Building your report… with a step list and an elapsed-time counter. The steps are a guide to what happens, not a live readout, so the bar can sit near the end for a while. The page checks for the finished report every few seconds and opens it automatically.
You do not have to wait on the page
When the report is ready you get:
- a notification in the bell at the top of your dashboard, with the score;
- an email with the PDF attached (from reports@pollyx.org).
If a report is still running after 30 minutes, something has gone wrong: see A report seems stuck.
