Customers only, or employees too?
Comprehensive adds employee and workplace reviews, labelled separately. Consumers only leaves them out entirely.

The two options
Under Sentiment scope on the new report form:
- Comprehensive: "Customers and employees". Adds Glassdoor and other workplace reviews on top of customer sentiment. Employee views are labelled separately in the report, so you can tell them apart.
- Consumers only: "Customers, no employee views". Leaves out workplace reviews, and the analysis ignores workplace culture, management and pay. Use it when you only care about how the public sees the brand.
Comprehensive is the default.
Which to choose
By default, PollyX gives you the comprehensive picture - it analyses both consumer/customer sentiment (Trustpilot, Google, Reddit, news, social) and employee/workplace sentiment (Glassdoor, employee reviews), and labels employee perspectives clearly so you can tell them apart. If you only care about customer perception, choose 'Consumers only' when creating the report and we'll exclude all employee and workplace opinions.
Campaign reports do not offer this choice: they read all reaction to the campaign. Scheduled monitoring runs keep the scope of the brand's latest report, so a trend never mixes the two.
