Open the chat
On any completed report in your dashboard, choose Ask Polly at the bottom right (on a phone, the round chat button). Polly has read the whole report: every theme, quote and source.
What to ask
The chat suggests a few starting points, such as "What should we fix first?" or "Summarise this report for my team". You can also ask things like:
- "What is driving the negative themes?"
- "Which competitor do customers prefer, and why?"
- "Give me three quotes about delivery."
Answers come only from the report's own data, so the chat is a quick way to find and reuse what the report already says.
Limits
- Up to 60 questions a day on each report, and 250 messages a month per account (the monthly count resets on the 1st). The chat shows how many you have left, and warns you when the month is nearly used up.
- Up to 1,000 characters per message.
- The chat is in your dashboard only, not on public share links.
